A multi-faceted lawyer with a litigation and transactional practice, Stephen Giovinco represents clients in contentious disputes and sophisticated deals. In his litigation practice, he has extensive trial experience in both the state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations, handling complex business, contracted corporate, and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, aviation-based litigation, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant matters, trademark infringement, and fraudulent transfers. Stephen also has particular experience in recovering property through replevin actions and in the enforcement of judgments, including executions and levies with the U.S. Marshals and local authorities.

A significant aspect of Stephen’s transactional practice focuses on aviation related dealings, including the purchase and sale of aircraft, formation of Owner Trusts to ensure eligibility for United States registration with the Federal Aviation Administration, aircraft management and lease agreements, hangar leases, and aircraft financing. Additionally, Stephen's transactional practice includes negotiation and formation of contracts, commercial and residential real estate, and automobile manufacturer/dealer agreements.

Asset Sale and Non-Compete: Represented wholesale produce distributor in obtaining final summary judgment for damages stemming from breach of asset sale agreement and enjoining sellers from competing with business.

Employment Discrimination: Represented direct mail services company in defeating alleged claim of employment discrimination before Palm Beach County Equal Employment Board.

Trademark Infringement: Represented world famous exotic car manufacturer in federal actions policing trademarks and obtaining injunctive relief and damages.

Aircraft Acquisitions: Represented numerous entities in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of various types of aircraft.

A commercial litigator and experienced trial lawyer, Jenny Torres has extensive experience with contract disputes and business torts. Jenny has particular experience in restrictive covenant litigation and disputes arising from sales of business assets. She also represents clients in employment litigation, trademark infringement, landlord/tenant law, property rights, creditor’s rights, and garnishment and execution of judgments.

Jenny has represented corporate entities and individuals in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. She also has experience in litigating matters for international clients in state courts and arbitral institutions. Additionally, Jenny has experience in cases involving Title III of the Helms-Burton Act, which gives a right of action in U.S. courts to plaintiffs whose property was illegally seized by the Cuban government.
